ADR 2010 - Prepping for Site Reconnaissance Pt 2

If you need to access electronic design data out in the field and on the go, Autodesk Design Review 2010 offers a stream-lined [FREE!], honed set of tools to maximise your performance and aid fast, informed decisions. This basic video demonstrates the diverse and intelligent information available from a single DWF file. This series of videos will show how easy it is for you to customise content to your preference and collate a Design Team's specialised output. ADR 2010 offers robust and accurate print / plot features if needed. However, it's comprehensive markup tools offer a viable alternative to hardcopy redlining. Part 2 of this video series showcases the use of a 3D massing model. The purpose of this particular site visit was to undertake a photo shoot. Pre-visualisation using the model could be useful for deciding the best vantage points for the photos. Pre-planning your design (composition or report) using ADR 2010 is worth considering. These photos might be referenced for illustration, painting and modelling. Adding markups on the drawings and maps can help in organising the most important tasks. Autodesk Design Review can be used in a standalone fashion, on a laptop computer (check recommended specification), making it useful for site work.
